Greetings. My name is
Bjørn Figenschou and I am the Managing Director of Tanzania Guides Limited.
Should you decide to join us on a Private Tented Safari, I will be your host
and accompany you throughout your travels in Tanzania. I was born in Tanzania
to Norwegian parents and have lived in this wonderful country for most of my
life. I have been involved with wildlife and conservation from my earliest
years and have a wealth of experience in other fields.
My first language was,
of course, KiSwahili and my vast experience and knowledge of Tanzania and
its people, plus the efforts of my dedicated crew, ensure that our clients
receive the best possible service. We have had the pleasure of showing
actors, politicians, writers and royalty the beauty of our country, but
every one of our visitors is a very special person. Please contact us
